How Bagdropin works: scan, photo, pay, done
From the partner's QR code to the Stored button: the full journey of a Bagdropin drop-off, for travellers and for the partner behind the counter.

Bagdropin is built around one idea: leaving your bags should take about a minute.
For travellers
- Scan the QR code on the partner's poster. No account is needed to start.
- Choose how many bags and when you will pick them up.
- Take at least one photo of your luggage, and more if you need to.
- Pay securely with Apple Pay or card through Stripe.
- Hand your bags to the partner and enjoy your day.
For partners
Paid drop-offs appear in a queue with the traveller's photos. Once the bags are in your storage area, tap Stored. When the traveller returns, tap Hand back.
Why the photo matters
The photo taken at drop-off is a shared record of what was left and in what condition. It protects the traveller and the partner if there is ever a question.
Cancelling
You can cancel before your drop-off date and get a full refund to your original payment method.
